About me
Through food, I want people to discover again their valuable health. As a nutritionist (biologist) I believe that
by cooking for ourselves or for the others, we have important ways to understand and appreciate the properties of what we eat.
Eating is not a mere mechanical act, bur sould be always pleasant, as a conscious act.
I can give complete and attentive consultancy services, and taking advantage of what I know of cooking methods of distant cultures, I want to make possible to create appealing dishes, and something that everyday, makes you feel better.
